Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original brand box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage to the product packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects the arrival for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
